Fern Bittenbender
was the first member of the service team. She started with
Best Toys in 1993. Fern was born in Honolulu, Hawaii. She is the mother of
two grown sons. Fern enjoys doing home improvement projects with her
husband and her two Pugs, Maxx and Muggsey.
Lori Rafacz
joined the customer service team in November 2006. A Lisle native, she shares her home with Dinah and Tessie, her two cats. Lori enjoys movies, scrapbooking, and a good workout.
Sue Rafacz
joined the Best Toys service team in 2001. She is a married mother of four
children. Sue enjoys her active family, takes night classes and is
a dedicated scrap booker.
